We want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your Helly Hansen gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all technical tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all original labels and tags remain attached to the garments.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier outlet and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
